We're thrilled to share the latest developments on the exciting new construction happening right here at Heritage Place in Downtown Naperville's charming historic district. As we embark on this journey together, we're excited to update you on the progress unfolding before our eyes.
Currently, our dedicated Mechanical trades—that include our HVAC, Low Voltage, Electrical, and Plumbing contractors—are hard at work navigating their way through Building 10 along Columbia Ave. Their precision and expertise ensure that every aspect of the building's inner workings is meticulously attended to, laying the groundwork that will provide a comfortable and efficient living environment for future homeowners.
Over at Building 9, we're excited to report that our foundation work is progressing beautifully, all thanks to the dedication of our excavation and concrete crews. Each day brings us closer to seeing the foundation laid down for what will soon become an additional integral part of our new community's landscape.
Looking ahead, we're eagerly anticipating the start of masonry work on the front of Building 10, where our skilled mason's will be working diligently installing the stone and brick throughout all four sides of Building 10. Additionally, the vertical ascent of the first-floor walls at Building 9 is on the horizon, marking yet another milestone in our construction journey at Heritage Place.
