We're thrilled to share the latest construction progress at Heritage Place, nestled in downtown Naperville's historic district. Our community is beaming with activity, and we're excited to highlight some key milestones that have occurred since our last update.
Vertical framing for the units in building 9 has been completed with roofing shingles and Pella windows and doors all installed. The focus is now shifting to inside the building with the installation of all the mechanicals including electrical, plumbing, low voltage, HVAC, and fire sprinklers. Only two units remain available in this building including units 29 and 31.
Meanwhile, in Building 10, our construction crews are hard at work installing drywall in all four of the units. The masonry on the exterior of this building is now complete with all front porches also installed. Only two units remain available in this building including units 32 and 34.
Our team has also welcomed all residents into their new homes in Building 2, and they are now settled in and enjoying the low-maintenance lifestyle that Heritage Place offers.
As we eagerly await approved building permits for Building 8, stay tuned for pricing details for the two remaining units in this building.
