Hello Heritage Place Neighbors!
Our construction crews are making a great amount progress on the first set of new Rowhomes in Building #11 at Heritage Place despite the amount of rain that we have received this Spring. We are planning to having framing to be complete this week for Building #11. Weather permitting our roofing crews are lined up to start installing all of the roofing materials on the building at the end of this week. Shortly after the roof is completed windows will be delivered and installed. Our groundwork crews have been working diligently installing new water / sewer lines to the Heritage Place site. Currently they are working on installing new water / sewer lines on Franklin Ave to Building #11 at Heritage Place. The groundwork crews are scheduled toward the end of the month to start the removal and replacement of old underground lead plumbing that currently feeds into the neighboring single family homes along Columbia Street. Once they have finished work Columbia Street, they will be making their way down Wright Street to do the same. We are expecting work on Wright Street to start sometime in June.
We have also released new rowhome units in Building #2 on North Wright Street that are now available to be reserved with construction expected to start very soon! We will keep everyone posted once our team has scheduled an exact construction start date.
