We are thrilled to share that we have finally received the building permits from the city of Naperville to start construction on the very first building at Heritage Place (Building #11). During the last couple of weeks our crews were onsite scraping and stock piling all of the black dirt onsite of the property, as well as preparing the site for the ground breaking on our first building at Heritage Place.
We are thrilled to also share that we celebrated a successful ground breaking on the first phase building with our DJK team, Naperville City Officials, and Naperville Chamber of Commerce.
We look forward to sharing more exciting news very soon once we receive the permits to start ground work at Heritage Place.
